Last month, our innovation agency was named one of ADWEEK’s 2024 Fastest Growing Agencies, globally.

Ranking among the top 50 global agencies overall, and the 17th fastest growing in the Women-led agencies category was a true honor and a testament to our exceptional clients and the trust they place in us.

The past year brought us a host of exciting innovation and research projects from both long-standing and new clients across rich and diverse areas including mental health, public safety, ESG, breakthrough food and beverage development, technology, finance, and health care. We worked across North America (Canada, the US and Mexico) and the globe, including Asia, Australia, and multiple European countries.

Every day, I am grateful for the opportunity to work with some of the most exceptional team members, client leaders and suppliers in the business – and wake up every single day to challenging work that is highly creative, meaningful and fun!

When we started our agency 10 years ago this January, I never could have imagined that 10 years later we could be thriving at a time when companies and agencies alike are facing unprecedented pressure from inflation, economic uncertainty, ongoing world conflicts and climate change.
