We’re one of Canada’s Top Growing companies! As The Idea Suite approaches its 10th year anniversary, it’s an honour to be on The Globe and Mail list for the third time!

Looking back on the past 10 years, there have been so many beautiful highs and lows and lessons learned – but what I am most grateful for is the deep connections I’ve made with so many people through this decade-long journey.

The clients I’ve had the privilege of working with are truly exceptional humans and leaders – warm, enthusiastic, and deeply committed to the growth of themselves and their teams. Thank you for your deep trust, leadership and brilliance – all of which have been ingredients for the creation of incredible work and outstanding results (and lots of fun while doing it!)

Our suppliers and team members through the years have been and continue to be truly best in class. Working with people I deeply respect and love to be around has brought so much joy and learning to my working life and lifted me in the most challenging times.
