Busy season is here

We’re in the thick of our busy season, and I continue to be amazed by this team and so incredibly proud to lead alongside them!

Amid multiple competing priorities, they delivered three full-scale ideation sessions this month across three different locations.

We've navigated busy airports. Packed and hauled giant suitcases full of stimulus. Had many early mornings and long days.

Ideation sessions demand a lot. Weeks of preparation layered on top of already full client loads. 5 am wake-ups. The kind of energy that has to be expansive enough to fuel a room full of people, while staying grounded and steady at the same time. And when I reflect on what made each of these sessions exceptional, it’s who each member of this team is at their core - and how they continue to show up:

✨The way they anticipate each other’s needs and step in to support each other

✨The genuine, almost obsessive care they bring to the client experience

✨A calm resilience when flights are delayed or plans need to flex on the fly

✨And, so much joy in the process – fueled by the gratitude of getting to do work that lights each of us up, every day
