Revival Business Reflection

Last week I had the pleasure of attending Revival Business, hosted by the incredible Liat Horovitz, and it was a truly impactful experience.

Here are a few things that really stood out:
✨ The calibre of women in the room was exceptional. Purpose-driven founders and leaders, each building something meaningful and ambitious, showed up with depth, clarity, and intention.
✨ Everyone leaned all the way in. There was no sitting back. Every woman contributed, questioned, reflected, and shared with courage and honesty.
✨ Support was genuine and reciprocal. Women asked for what they needed and others immediately met them there. The generosity of ideas and encouragement was palpable.
✨ The design of the day really mattered. It can be tempting to over-program experiences like this: to fill every moment with content and speakers. But the real magic came from the space between. There was time for meaningful conversations to unfold and go deep. When you have that level of powerhouse women in the room, they become the content.
✨ I was reminded that how vital it is to create containers where female founders and leaders can grow, challenge, and elevate one another.

It was an honour to be invited to facilitate, alongside this outstanding crew of event experts: Chris McMartin, Kirsten Schmidtke Irena Kahn Marnie Rabinovitch Consky Jennifer Kapedani CPA, CA, Gah-Yee Won, Lisa Ferkul and Mariane Oliveira.

I’m so grateful to have been part of this experience (thank you, Liat!) — and even more inspired to keep creating and contributing to spaces like this.

Supporting women founders and leaders to think boldly, connect deeply, and grow with intention is work I truly love — and doing it in collaboration makes it all the more meaningful and fulfilling.
