Why this win means more

This week, ADWEEK released their 2025 Global Fastest Growing Agencies list — and The Idea Suite ranked #7 among international agencies, #18 among women-led, and #36 overall. I’m proud to share that this marks our third year on the list.

I couldn’t be more inspired by the brilliant team I’ve worked alongside over the past decade, whose passion, creativity, and heart made this possible. And I’m deeply grateful to every client who’s trusted us with their biggest challenges — and returned to us again and again.

But if I’m honest, when I first set my sights on making this list (and others like it) years ago, it came from a very different place. Back then, it was the part of me that craved the gold medal as a child — the part that spent years chasing acknowledgment, respect, and love from others because I couldn’t yet give it to myself. It was also the aspiring entrepreneur, fresh out of Procter & Gamble, who had left the safety of the title and the pension, and was searching for proof — for others, but mostly for me — that I hadn’t made a mistake.

Later, it became about legitimacy — about competing in a crowded field and hoping awards might help us stand out.

Over the past five years, I’ve worked hard to quiet those inner voices. To remind myself that worth isn’t earned through rankings or recognition — but comes from the simple truth that we are all born worthy.

And I’ve learned something else: success is sweeter when it’s shared. I’m lucky to be part of communities that celebrate success openly, rather than quietly tucking it away. I’ve experienced the joy of being wholly, genuinely happy for someone else’s win — and letting their hard work, perseverance, and creativity inspire me, too.

Another agency’s light doesn’t dim mine or anyone else’s — it makes the whole industry brighter.

So today, I share this with gratitude. Gratitude for our team. For our clients. For every peer and fellow agency who inspires me with their great work. For the reminder that this industry — and the world — is brimming with creativity, resilience, and brilliance — and that there’s room for all of us to shine.
